Job Summary
We are seeking a BCBA to contract with our practice to provide supervision to our RBT's. If you are a BCBA who wants to make a difference in your community and your client's lives, we want to hear from you! For credentialing purposes, your primary practice state MUST be Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods for RBT to implement
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Supervise work of RBT
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Required (Illinois must be your primary practice state).
- Current and unrestricted license
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
